Glentress MTB day

Gizmo, are you going to the Kielder event.
We have a place nearby and all are welcome for a cuppa etc.

nah, i go to enough mtb events as it is so i'll give it a miss. We occasionally get to the tea rooms in Falstone, will let you know if we head that way

Indeed, a nice run round most of the red route and not too punishing. Went round nice and steadily with Gizmo, Linzi and Curriedug. One brief volley of hailstones but otherwise nice and dry until right at the end.

Great to meet up with everyone at the cafe this morning.

yup, t'was good to see so many turnout, next time we need them on mountain bikes :)

To clarify, that should be DavieRAVIE.........

He nearly crashed 3 times going around the carpark!

at least Davie had a wee shot on a mountain bike - I'm still a big feartie :D

anyway - you'll have to make up your own captions for the rest of them this time ;) ................

Looking at that picture of you powering across the muddy bit of grass Davie, and noticing there is no mud guard, did you end up with a load of @@@@e splattered up the back of your cardigan?;) :)

Would have been an awful shame........

Ha ha......just back from work good pics Lynne......and it was a good run....however, DB is keeping very quiet about the 2 low sides he had hurtling down the 'Pie Run'! My belly ached.....sorry DB but muckle tree routes are a tad tricky to lay down rubber on!!! :D

You got the @@@@s there David? A very late night for someone of your tender years! :D

Don't you just love - "Look at the penalty for failure dood!" That has become one of our (many) catch phrases in the club.
