finally fitted the cans :D Probably not going to be to everyones tastes but I love them .

look like matt black Norton Commando "pea shooters" obviously no removable db beaters either, so should sound great.
 
Yes I like these, better than the universal "bean cans' nearly everything else is fitted with these days.
 
All you need now is a set of slicks on that thing and it looks just like the 851 Kit.

...Any of you young Ducati riders know that bike??!! :rolleyes: :p

you think biking started in the mid eighties mate - try going back to proper bikes - Francis Barnetts, James', Panthers, BSAs, Ariels and the like. :D Mac, where's Mac? Derek? When we were lads.

You know they sound brilliant, but not how to spell the name proply. ;)

Had a blat around yesterday and they are not overly loud , a bit hard to describe really as the noise is nothing like a modern race can due I think to the reverse cone reflecting the noise back down the can .

The exact reason I decided on finding and fitting a pair , The fact that my 851 now sounds very like my old Darmah 860 fitted with Conti's is a bonus :D
