Anyone ever used this company http://www.emotouk.com/ ?
I ordered a clutch cover and pressure plate for my new bike at the start of June. After 2 weeks I e-mailed them to ask when the parts would arrive.
A couple of days later I got this reply ...

"Hello Stewart,
Thank you for your email.
Your order has not yet been shipped, generally Rizoma parts take two weeks to ship"

Then the guy asked how I was enjoying the SF , and that they would be stocking carbon parts for them, if I was interested.
Now nearly a month later, all calls go to an answer machine, and no-one's called back . I've e-mailed them, but no reply either.
My switch card was debited the full amount at the time of order too :(
Anyone ?

Thanks for the replies guys :) Looks like some people have had luck and some aint ! I'll wait another few days and see if I get a reply from my latest e-mail.
The guy seemed quite friendly in the last few mails he sent. I think maybe they don't have the parts in stock, and are waiting for them to come from Italy ?
Better hold off ordering the levers and carbon stuff :)♠

Ive actually had no problems with them. Bought 6 items off them at different time.
Must just be your DONALD DUCK.
