Hi
I have a 2000 Ducati Monster 600 that I cannot for the life of me get running and I have tried and tried, I had to leave the bike standing for about 6 months and in that time something electrical went wrong, I came to turn it on and all the dash lights are really dim and of course it won't start, I found that if I disconnect the ignition coils/system the dash lights all become very bright again, but obviously I can't start it, and when I plug it back in it goes back to being dim from whatever drain there is on it.
I've replaced the starter relay, starter solenoid, rectifier, and both ignition coils, a mate of mine also took the wiring loom apart and inspected it and checked for continuity throughout the whole loom and it was fine, I really cannot figure out what is causing the bike to act this way, if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
