I have heard horror stories from people about most ducati dealerships, I have only dealt with Manchester for parts an the usual t-shirts etc etc that we all buy. I have also heard very good reports from different people about the same dealerships. We will be going down on the Sunday to have free food and drink. All still welcome.

To be fair Martyn, it was Fylde I had my beef with.

Difficult when you have had bad service or a bad experience, go and tell them !!! I tell them constantly when they take the p1ss on part exchanges, which is why I bought my 748 from Woods.
