Hi Guys - just to let you know Im organising a ride out from Ducati Manchester on the 16th March to the Wirral Easter Egg Run. Meet at Ducati Manchester at 9.00am for 9.30 departure......ALL WELCOME!

The event is for a kids charity so please do make the effort and try and come along if you can.

There is no formal registration but if you could pm me to let me know you are coming just so I can get an idea of numbers....Thanks

See you there!!!!

yep - Easter Sunday is the 23rd March but the Wirrall Egg Run is def on Sunday 16th March

Oi! - less of your sauce - now can you please leave my thread alone!!! and stop hijacking it with idle banter, tittle tattle and schoolboy toilet humour!!!!!:lol2:

Whats the score with the Eggs? Provide your own or just turn up?

I understand that the organisers are requesting donations rather than Easter Eggs, as the hospitals get over run with them......theres also a form on the egg run web site you can download if you want to get yourself sponsored.....

And Rock Jock please this is intended as a sensible thread ............I've asked nicely...

last year there were lots of eggs and lots of cuddly toys donated on the glasgow run as well as lots and lots and lots of money raised for the kids at Yorkhill

I am hoping to get down from Edinburgh, my brother is marshalling on this I think. Last year they had you registering on one side of New Brighton prom, small donation, and then using the south side of the prom as a bike park before headng across the north of the wirral and then heading down to Clatterbridge Hospital. Absolute killer on the clutch hand for the first 2 mile, we were absolutely crawling. Takes about 90 mins---ish. Probably about 20-25 miles....Did stop for a drink tho....Not a lot of great roads around afterwards, unless you head into Wales or know your way around Chesire etc. It is a good day out but if you don't like riding slowly and in huge numbers don't go anywhere near it!

Hopefully see some of you guys there! (last year I only saw about 6 Dukes)

This Sunday - A Reminder!!
