Great evening once again. Scottch, that is a terrible pic of me - not the quality of the pic itself, but I look like an ol' fart going round that hairpin - did you get me on an ootlap or inlap or sumething??? :eek: Have you got a more reet over pic?? ;)

The Imola ran like clockwork once again, although drank loads of oil again!! I sometimes wish I could hear what it sounds like myself as it screams past the pitlane, all I hear is massive induction roar!!!
Somehow I didn't feel so good last night, maybe coz I felt colder I don't know.

I also think that Nic was the 'man of the match' I'm so pleased for you lady! :) I did try my best not to make you jump or come past you putting you off.
Foxy was looking as foxy as ever and I'm sorry you got wet on the way home (I didn't)
Great to see you guys again, but I still don't know whether all those whom Martin had on the list came, I thought I saw a bike that looked like 999ric's

I will try to get down to the Saturday night of the Mosquito run!! but I will be cruisin'!!!

I've got a barrow load of photo's mate - I think I squeezed off 240+ last night, so I'm sure there will be some of you reet over mate :thumbs:

With so many shots though, as you'll know, it takes an age to go through them all.

I'll have more time to go through them tonight though.

I'm really looking for two specific photos; one prone on full chat coming down the start/finish straight and in full schräglager (reet over) round the hairpin. ;) :)

My bike was there and I tried not to frighten you to much as I came past you as you were passing Nic :D

I had to look at your posted pic twice I thought that was you in a tuck on the home straight :D , I was waiting for a post of one of you on the hairpin ;)

On a serious note sorry we didnt catch up , I did give your bike the twice over and it is gorgeous and credit where credit is due for making the effort to attend having had to travel considerably longer than the majority of the rest.

...nothing frightens me....!!!! (apart from the wife) ;) When I'm honest, I never remember whos passing me, I only watch out of who I'm passing. Where did you pass me?

I want Gizmo to take off that pathetic pic of me - as Tam says I look constipated and have steamed up my visor!!! :eek: terrible points for styling.

These track evenings are great fun but they are expensive for me, I use £120 worth of fuel in the Landy alone, but its my little treat to myself for working my butt off up here serving bl*ody breakfasts and being the 'perfect host' day in day out!!!!

I love it though! :)

Well; what can I say? Another fantastic evening with good friends and motorcycles. The weather was perfect, the track was dry and life just doesn't get any better than that!:) :cool:

Thanks to everyone for coming, we were absolutely full once again and the night went off without any serious incident!
Even the bloke that came off did so after nearly stopping in the grass, he and his bike were totally fine (nearly!!)

Thanks to all that made the effort, especially to you Ed! It's a hell of a distance for you to come, I appreciate it loads!:)

A big thanks to nic6196 and kdblamire and all of the other newbie track riders for taking the plunge. I'm sure they will agree that they had the time of their lives. I hope to see you at the next one!:)

Ed mate if its any comfort I got in at 12.00pm as well and i only live 45 mins away from Knockhill.

Foxy and Nic spotted a guy cavorting around naked in his 1st floor flat opposite the chippy in Kincardine and it took me 3 hours to convince them to come down off a lamp-post and go home.:D

Oops sorry girls your secrets out , I couldn't keep it a secret any longer. ;)
 
Yes, another great track evening was had by all, I think. It was quite a laugh going round on the Big Orange Beastie (aka KTM). Not as much fun as a Duc, of course, but amazing how much grip there is in knobbly traillie tyres.

Great to meet up with the UpNorth clan again and thanks to Ducati Glasgow for organising another great event.

Tam, lynne and ed thanks very much for being so nice - i didnt really deserve it being a wee slow coach. Tam i'm sorry to admit my pegs didnt get scraped last night - that was at the oban run a few weeks back - but i was still very proud all the same!!!

Ric - LIAR. That guy was mingin !! i just knew he was gonna stand up at the window when we left!! he has a strategically place plant pot though - i was laughing all the way back to the garage!

However it was a really good night - i just wished i could have gone FASSSSSSTERRRRRRR but my nerves got the better of me for the first hour and i was getting a really sore wrist after that becasuse of my sticky throttle. Would really like to do it again now i know waht to expect but i'm going to skye in sep and i'm getting my tonsills out that month so i think it'll be next year before im back. :(
