Any more details, history, owners, accidents , non-standard parts, mileage service history etc?

There used to be a plumber on here that was always trying to buy up r's and other collectable ducati.. can't remember his name.. @Exige might recall....
Imagine being so dense that you ask for free electrical advice from a plumber*, completely ignore it, buy the wrong (cheaper part), then expect the same *plumber to fit it for you 24 hours before an epic Ducati European trip.... amazing trip by the way, loved your write ups.

I did get pissed when you ridiculed my temporary repair/with the only (wrong part) and proceeded to try and gas light me.
Said plumber never received nor sought any payment or favour.

Said plumber has been working on electronic design since a young child (playing with wires), holds several higher electronics qualifications, a masters degree and director level positions in various electronic based companies for over 30 years.

But please, carry on and ruin a fellow subscribers genuine attempt to move on their pre-loved machine.

This machine could have joined my collection of, various R and SPS Ducati.
