Like any club its always ther same when it comes to "oh, my mate can do that and this software is free" instead of "we're providing a service, lets make sure it stays up" I could have used XMB or one of the many freebie softwares I didn't I spent my own money ( now reimbursed thanks to everyone here's kindness) to get software which was proven and had back up, its hosted on the servers that run my companies website because they were selected for their reliability. All done becasue I don't have time to sort out quirky problems I just accept that for decent service you pay a price, just like Ducati ownership huh?

Seriously, its the 'non biking-going-stir-crazy-and not-taking-it-out-on-the-wife-at-home-season' - happens on most forums at this time of the year I understand, plus the AGM is coming up, and some think changes should be made.

Now is the only time I get to pay on computers so its kinda fun to have a bit of banter. IMO what's happening over on DSC has to benefit it as a club, its sad that its had to go so far but the reaction from members of the MT makes me think it can be re-focused and move forward.

Me thinks is post Festive blues coupled up with lack of 2 wheel action plus AGM time of the year thats causing all the furore. Its good to have a clearout every now and then. Whens our AGM? Im getting itchy thinking about it!

your AGM?? as in upnorth's?? or do you hold your own personal agm, just for you?? upnorth's just anarchy anyway how can you have an AGM of that

get up really early & run down to Coventry for the JHP event on the Saturday - doesnt start till 11.30 - or get the train & we'll give you a lift back, as we've now prob got to come in the race van! (we are likely to be picking up all the race fairings, tanks etc for both race bikes on the way home on the Sunday)
Come to think of it - if you get really stuck, there is room for 2 to sleep in the van -but you might need a wee dram before bed - as it'll be flipping cold!

Ummm, was not going to mention bikes, just friends, she saw the Dseeredbiatch in the living room and said, "Ohhhh, you like motorbikes" so was going to kind of ease her in gently to that one, sleeping in a van will not impress
Might be fun keeping warm though
