It's disc change alround today. Got my 996 discs today (ebay) which I have temporaraly fitted to the wire wheels. The EBCs have warped (probably Knockhill the other week) and the old discs on my track wheels were warped when I bought them.
I have a set of cast iron Brembos turning up v soon (off a 916 SPS) ebay again so they will clatter their way onto my bike when they arrive!!
 
Hmm!,let me know if you plan on selling on your 996 discs when you get your iron ones. The ones on my ss are warped and I've been looking for a new set for a while.
 
Dave, I have just test ridden the Imola with the new discs in and they are straight and true. The cast iron ones will eventually replace the 996 ones and they will be fitted to my track wheels so unfortunately they won't be up for sale mate. I do now have a set of EBC Prolite slotted race discs for sale - one of them has the slightest wobble on it (which was only detected braking very hard at Knockhill and on the electronic brake thingy at the MOT yesterday. For everyday use they will be fine tho.
 
Interesting, I have two sets of std 900ss, semi-floating discs that I was considering converting to fully floating to see if they would be more desireable / likely to sell.

But if someone has a need ;)
