i ordered a pair of mirror extenders and a wheel nut tool for my 1098 at the begining of may from this dealer .On their website it says 2-3 days delivery so i left it about 10 days and tried to ring,this guy DOES NOT answer the phone.so i emailed him to tell him i needed the parts urgently especially the wheel nut tool, he told me the mirror extenders were out of stock but i should have my order by the end of the week,thats 2 weeks after ordering when he promises 2-3 days.the weekend came and passed with no parcel so i emailed him again to ask for a refund.no reply, i emailed him again,no reply i then spent 45 minutes redialing his number (it keeps going to voicemail) no answer. Finally i found him on ebay and noticed he had 10 sets of mirror extenders for sale DUCATI 848-1098--1098S-1198-1198S Mirror Extender Kit | eBay UK and 20 wheel nut tools so i sent him a message telling him to cancel my order and refund me my money.guess what no refund.Finally i contacted my bank who refunded my money and said they will recover it from him. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS DEALER HE IS A CON ARTIST AND WILL SCAM YOU.:jerkoff:
