In an effort to get this thread back on topic

I use Alpine Motosafe ear plugs bought from Hein Gericke , their the rubber mushroom type rather than the expanding foam plugs and have a small plastic insert to alter the noise level , also normal conversation is possible with them in which is handy .

If you were trying to get back on topic then you should've included some info' about custom ear plugs.

My bad , meant to mention that whilst they weren't custom ear plugs they are more comfortable than the expanding foam plugs .

Do I really have to go to the back of the class ? they all pick on me back there
