Is it still summer?
Don't know the guy but have a look at the thread here got the works done to it, obviously been a track bike but built buy JHP so will be a cracker.

1800 miles
139RWHP!!!

And only 9K I'm guessing as it's in Jersey though would you need to pay VAT on it? Still a cracking piece of kit mind.

Yep + whatever labour will go into it - that is one serious bit of kit for the money, not just bolt on tat, proper, proper kit - my God I would love that bike, maybe just maybe, nah, nein, fecking no, must resist - not a hope I can afford it, nor do it justice !

Knowing whats under the fairings that is one of the nicest baby r's i have seen, unforunetly im the same as you at the moment ian (commited) otherwise i would have that without a seconds thought.

On a side note, that thing must be PHENOMONAL on the track, surely that would be better than treble 9's ?

Not having ridden a T9 I wouldn't like to comment, I like the thought of 139 through a revvy little engine though :) it will be a scary ride, get it dialled in to your riding though and it will be a very rewarding track tool !

it would be an absolute Flying machine mate ! Track Tool indeed, i think it would need alot of servicing tho with such a tuned engine.:cool:

Avg 2 mile lap ? 20 min sessions, 7 sessions on a good day ? Depends on how many TD's your doing but that ain't a huge mileage, oil change here and there a refresh midway through and you should be fine - neither you or me would EVER realise this bikes potential !
 
Mate of mine has had his 999S motor sorted by JHP just under 160HP at the wheel now, service intervals are every 2000 miles, so probably every 10-15 trackdays I'm guessing.

It's a bargain for the price no doubt about it, VAT or not if I was after a 749R this would be top of the shopping list, it's got all the right stuff on there function over bling or blong as Mr C would say.
 
160 at the Wheel ! geez id like to see that thing go john, how much has he spent on it for that ?
