When you look at cop 29, the poorer countries don't give a flying fuck about the environment, the governments of those countries just want more money to dissapear in their corrupt governments through fraud.

In many ways it is quite similar to when California said it was setting up a reparations council. Years later and many promises later, it ended giving feck all out.

In many ways it is the modern day missionaries of the rich countries keeping the poor countries in their place but lets also have some honesty. Most of these poor countries are so used to getting global freebies, why would they work for something when they can get it for free.

Look at gazza, (slight wander) Before the latest sillyness, they survived on 52% unemployment and 500 lorries per week of global aid.
