I had a TLS back in the day, I chopped it in for a new GSXR1000K2.

Bit twitchy on the front, rotary damper on the rear used to overheat and lock up which didn’t help.
The engine was a peach, to be honest the TL doesn’t deserve the bad reputation it has. I had a TLR as well a few years later.

I had a tl1000s in a british racing green. I found once you'd found it's weakness's, grab it's neck and show it who was in charge. It was a bike that responded well with a confident rider

You know what I meant . Some bikes are effortless to ride, the tl just needed a confident rider and then it was fine, I've ridden worse
