Trish it doesn't really say they have changed to black for Marco..... I actually think it would be pretty morbid to go black for the whole season in memory of him.
Didn't know Marco obviously, but he didn't seem the sort of guy who would appreciate that kind of gesture......more the kind of guy to say "Feck it, paint the bike pink with orange stripes and ride wearing a feather boa for the season

From white to black. Change in house Gresini to remember Marco Simoncelli . The new livery of Team San Carlo Honda RC213V is completely black with one red stripe. Choice made by the team manager Fausto Gresini to respect the memory of the late Sic, who died on October 23 last year on the track in Sepang. Same livery for MotoGP Alvaro Bautista and CRT Michele Pirro.
