Hi,

I'm looking to do a full re-spray on my bike.....changing it from banana yellow!

I don't know what to go for....don't really want the corse paintwork as it seems to be on a lot of monsters. I'm looking for a bit of custom but I don't want to cause sacrilege at the same time!

any ideas?

Lara, check out the WDW gallerys, there were some stunning paint jobs in Misano, might give you some inspiration!;)
 
why not buy a s/h tank, mudguard and seat hump, get them sprayed the colour of your choice and then change them over when you get them back and sell the yellow ones. Deep red metalflake would look nice, then get the wheels painted gold:cool:

it would look better with matching white wheels! that said, the matt black one behind looks pretty cool

love that pic, was thinking maybe met black with the old retro logo :dunno: and white stripe? and dark wheels.

the yellow is growing on me though
 
ss darmah black with gold pinstripe...speaking of which, saw a tricolor s4rs in DM at the weekend. Was partially attracted to it until you notice the pinstripe doesn't match up properly on the tail piece - y'know, where the pinstripe starts and then goes round the piece then meets up again...but it doesn't quite meet up correctly. FFS, if your gonna have a pukka tricolor at least you could get it right? Are they all like that?

as already mentioned second hand panels etc ..respray them...then u have a choice like all gurlies like to match ur boots, leathers, make up ;)

i think the black withthe old white logo is a great look - and the one you were thinking of anyway (just dont mention the pink plans)
 
We all secretly know yellow is best!!

Maybe go for a metallic yellow, lamborghini do one, with the Giugiaro logo and stripes in silver to match the frame if the frame is silver!

If the frame is gold, how about black and gold decals to match?!?!?
