As most of you are aware the calendar can issue email prompt reminders for an event. If the various club RO's want to, they can add their monthly region meets to the calendar so any ducati-upnorth member viewing them can create a reminder for themselves.
A few of you have RO status and can add events, if there are RO's from UK Monster or DOC who need that status please let me know.
Its easy enough, go to calendar and add event, if its the same time,place every month then you can create a recurring event and it should be possible to do this on for example- 1st Wednesday of each month so you don't have lots of inputting. the description can include links back to your club site if needed or just the meet place. Monthly club ride-outs can be added in the same way
