Legend... one of the many greats but a stand out rider imo.. obviously because of his achievements but mostly because of his demeanor. A true old school unassuming character.

Bruce is one of my favourites. Up there with DJ,Joey and Michael.
I’ve got a couple of selfies with Bruce somewhere but I never got him to sign my book sadly.
Every time I saw him in the pits I didn’t have it on me, bloody annoying! He was on the Island this year but I didn’t see him.
Such a humble man and one of the most naturally talented riders, he’d still be in bed an hour before a race, get up and fly down Bray Hill at 180mph!
He is a total hero on the Island.
