Brooklands Do it Again!

We picked up the tank and cowl this morning from Brooklands Auto Body (Dalkeith). We wanted it done in the style of the new S4RS – pearlescent white with the red stripe. OK, ok…perhaps not very original I know, but I absolutely love that colour scheme!

The new bikes all use a sticker kit, but Rae wanted to mask it and paint it instead. The result? I sh*t you not, it is simply UNBELIEVABLE!!! He walked us over to it and said “will this do you?” My jaw was on the floor for ages…I was just speechless :faint:

This post is probably a bit useless without pictures though heh ...I’ll take some tomorrow in daylight and post them.

In the meantime though, I just wanted to recommend these guys yet again, specifically Rae. He already blew us away with the job he did on the frame, and now this. The guy is brilliant!

Yeh...like I say I know it's not most original option I tried , but I just love it...that pearlescent white is simply incredible. I just can't get it to show in the pictures though

I'm aiming for 2 weeks...but then I seem to have said that before...like 2 weeks ago, and 2 weeks before that :comp2:

It's just waiting for parts to arrive, once they're here I could have it finished in an afternoon.
