The next rideout is planned for Sunday 16th August. Meeting at the store or cafe next door for Breakfast around 9.00 with a view to getting underway by about 9.30.
Planning to head up towards South Lakes to Cartmel to meet the DOC Northen Rally at the Pub in Cartmel, have a spot of lunch with them and to watch some of the racing, then mid afternoon depart back towards Manchester. I'll see if can find some interesting roads along the way (any suggestions ? I was thinking A6 / Trough of Bowland - possible coffee stop at Devils Bridge at Kirkby Lonsdale ??)
Fingers crossed the weather will be kinder than the July Rideout when it lashed down and only me showed up!!!!
Everyone welcome, regardless of riding ability.....any of the Midlands crowd fancy a run up to Lakeland ??
If you want to come along - stick your name below so i have a rough idea on numbers.
See you there!
