This kind of thing @@@@es me off, not sure of what the biker was doing to crash in the 1st place but for some heartles tw*t to steal the womans bag while she was trying to help the injured is pretty sick, also in the same case a man was arrested for trying to steal the dead bikers helmet, they want stringing up in my opinion.
