“Hello.im busy rebuilding my Ducati 748 engine , iv ordered gaskets,seals etc from bike-parts-ducati week before Xmas, has anyone had problems with this company? Iv messaged them for info about what is happening but no reply. Dose anyone no of a better supplier of Ducati parts???.”
 
@brirobo they sourced their parts from Ducati Croydon. Ducati Croydon closed down just before Xmas so stopped fulfilling orders. Bike-parts-Ducati now have a new partner (I think it might be ProTwins) but they are now back in action.

They will either refund or fulfill your order, chase them up.

I had the same problem with them but they are good now!! As you say chase them up.(y)
 
Iv waited over four weeks for my parts from bike-parts-Ducati iv email them a couple of times and no reply so I phoned them to be told they just had received my parts and I waited another week and still no parts. As I paid with pay pal I asked them to refund me my money and within two days Iv got a full refund. Iv phoned Riders and they are going to supply my parts. I'll keep you posted
