Ooooohhhhh Yyyyeeeessss

very nice , whatever you do dont force the screws into it if they are tight - stainless steel bolts like to weld themselves together - put some coppa slip or moly slip grease on the threads of each bolt before you fit them.
Are you getting the ECU - I havent and Charlie at DUC Glasgow tweaked the CO and its running fine.
Will sound very nice on the RTL run when we stop in Whitehaven !

The nice chap that sold them me is dropping them off for me late tonight, I said I will have probably be pished so he is bringing them to my house, result !

Today I will take mine apart, how easy are they for a mechanical numpt tp fit ans can I complete the mission with my £25 Halfrauds socket set ?

Ok, looking at the job I need to remove the front pipe and the can, shirley it can't be that easy ?

Also I am getting some DP filters with it, after my last escapade with the airtubes I don't want to change them !

Also as it will have no set up before Monday will it be better with the std filters and more to the point will it run ?

Makes it easier. I helped Graeme at Shox to change mine and he took it off or at least had to move it to get the front pipe in.

Why do I have to take the tank off ?

Unbolt the seat unit from where it joins the tank then put a block of wood under tank at rear to support it. it don't come with a new manifold does it?? the 4 bolts that hold that bit on are hard to get to. I think you should just need to unplug the old pipe and push new one in though. can isn't too difficult to remove once you get seat off and lights off.

Air filters are awkward as ideally you need an allen key on a socket, it'll be better to get it setup properly but if you aren't caning it I don't think its too much of a problem.

Hold you got the bolts/screws for the rear light tube and number plate bracket etc... the standard system uses studs with nuts whereas the race/open system uses bolts (the other way round)

Sure we are not looking through one of your ears????? ;)

your abba stand looks like its about to tip your bike in the floor, the right hand leg needs turned round and the big bolt needs screwed out and put back in the other way!
have you got it fitted then ?
have you got the right screws and stuff?
Ive got some stainless steel threaded bar if your stuck.

I'm on my way up there now to have a go, not sure I have the right stuff though to do it, I'll see how I get on !

'Kin hell its loud, had to call for back up though this afternoon, I spent 2 hours trying to get one of the pigging exhaust springs back on, Mikey bossed it in about 2 mins !

All back together and I realised my sealent was still unused  no leaks though and she sits just fine on tickover, result, just been warned ny my garage landlord though, please start it at the bottom of the drive !
