1991 750ss swingarm shims: Where can I get them?

Spoken to Ducati Leeds who tell me these shims are no longer available

Size:

Od = 40mm
Id = 28mm

Thickness : 0.58mm (2 of them)

Do they need to be hardened?

Would anyone know of a shim supplier?
