1098 Meet

1098 Get-together. Just that.

Thought it might be nice if we had a mass collective meet. March 23rd – Easter Sunday, say 1.00pm. As central as possible, make your own way there, but reasonable venue for most – Donington Park at the Grand Prix Collection building. What d’ya think?

But the rest of you can come as well! Just find your own place to park! :D

A 1098 will get you wherever you want to go to. I no a few have but mine has brokendown yet (he types crossing my fingers). Haven't 999's sometimes have issue's since they were introduced around 5 - years ago Fergie?

Everytime I go into my local chippy they try and sell me some other third world type of sea dweller!

Now now now then. Mr Touchy. You still spoiling for a cyber joust?

I was only pointing out that it would be a warranty mans dream. All those vulnerable bits of Japanese kit in one place. If I were Ducati I might be forgiven for thinking it was a mass protest!

And yes. The 999 has had lots of issues. Mine breaks down all the time. Only last night I came across it sobbing uncontrollably in the garage cos they dropped it for the 1098! Poor wee thing still had bags under its eyes this morning. By all means pick on me but leave the bike out of it!:D

Nope, just thought you were trying to spin a new web of cyber speach about 1098 V 999. Anyway happy to have a friendly/ bit of banter about that debate.. I'll send you the box of kleenex so you can dry the 999's eyes..... :0)
