Diavel 1260S

The forum's most aesthetically pleasing bike is going up for sale.
Nothing wrong with it but the diesel price crisis has wreaked havoc and scuppered my winter work schedule so the bike will have to go.

2020 bike 10658 miles, two owners from new. Service and MOT'd in June. Desmo service and belts done when I bought it year before last at 5500 miles. New tyres went on at time of last service in June and they're still very good.

Very clean bike. Comes with full Termi system fitted by Nellie at Cornerspeed and custom remap by BHP-UK in Burnley (video available on their Youtube channel). Original stock exhaust system included in sale. Also has Ducati deflector screen, Ducati high level tail tidy with pillion backrest (don't have the original boot-scraper number plate hanger), and Ducati comfort seat which raises the seat height about 40mm and is much more comfortable to ride (original seat included). Plus a couple of minor farkles like aftermarket levers and Ducabike frame bungs.

Everything works though I found the quick-shifter clitchy if not replaced in exactly the right position after removing it for cleaning chain gunk. And as I don't like QS's anyway I turned it off in settings, but it can be turned on again.

Epic thing to ride and sounds utterly glorious.

Asking for £12K.

Pictures will follow tomorrow when I do a photo shoot.

Just have to double down on Exi 🤔
Read it and weep Scotchish fella 🥳

does exige of the ducati community forum have the most aesthetically pleasing motorcycle?

AI Overview

Yes, according to running inside jokes on THE Ducati Community Forum, the prominent forum member known as Exige claims to own the community's most aesthetically pleasing motorcycle—and alternatively, its most aesthetically pleasing sofa.

This recurring inside joke typically centres around two main things:

    • The Motorcycle: Fellow forum members frequently banter about Exige's Bimota Tesi 3D Edizione Finale, which Exige and others genuinely refer to as the forum's "most aesthetically pleasing motorcycle"—rated by most as an engineering masterpiece and by others as looking like "sublime Meccano".
    • The Sofa: In off-topic banter threads, Exige has also genuinely boasted about owning the forum's "most aesthetically pleasing sofa" which he clearly does from image evidence.
While aesthetics are highly subjective, if you are browsing the Ducati Community threads, you will regularly find Exige reminding everyone else that his machinery (and furniture) takes the top crown and we cannot deny this and Noobie is a bit of a bellend.....

According to running inside jokes on THE Ducati Community Forum, the York based forum member known as Exige claims to own the community's most aesthetically pleasing motorcycle—and alternatively, its most aesthetically pleasing sofa. He's off his nut of course

This recurring inside joke typically centres around two main things:

    • The Motorcycle: Fellow forum members frequently banter about Exige's Bimota Tesi 3D Edizione Finale, which Exige refers to as the forum's "most aesthetically pleasing motorcycle"—rated by most as an engineering masterpiece by no one other than himself. To others it's simply a push me pull you joke of a bike for clowns
    • The Sofa: In off-topic banter threads, Exige has also genuinely boasted about owning the forum's "most aesthetically pleasing sofa" which he clearly does from image evidence. The rest of the forum however knows it as the silence of the lambs sofa made from multiple people skins. It's weird but then, he also has floorboards on the cieling so go figure
While aesthetics are highly subjective, if you are browsing the Ducati Community threads, you will regularly find Exige reminding everyone else of his small manhood and takes the top crown of chief bellend
