Aint done fuck all today as its only 4.49 am. Didnt do fuck all yesterday either as my shoulder is proper sore. What a fucken boring day. Planted some plants one handed, that killed about 15 mins, done a load of washing but couldnt hang it out, took a couple of pies out the freezer then pretty much sat there and watched em thaw out for about 4 hours.
Got so many jobs i want to get on with but cant really do any of em one handed, tried sanding up some window frames buz that started to hurt the good arm after not long..
Dont know what to do.. might have to track down some mind altering substances and get fucked up for a bit...

Well, looks like our (me and the Czech family's) favourite food pub (the Crooked Billet - Saxton) is always pre booked from the year before for Christmas Dinner and even then all you can do is add your name to a waiting list for cancellations on boxing day of each year 🤷‍♂️

We did a hotel last year on York Racecourse but for nearly £100 a head it wasn't really up to our expectations.

Local pubs are booked up for similar money too - but then I had a rather fabulous idea 🥳

Czech Christmas is celebrated on the 24th like a lot of Europe - so I've booked the Crooked Billet on Christmas Eve day so we can have a Czech Christmas this year 🥂🍾

That will also save me a couple of hundred spondoolies too

Cheap fucker...and lazy.

Not sure this’ll work.
I’ve run away for a few days, there’ll be clues as to where.
I was expecting it to be wet, it wasn’t as bad as I expected.
Stopped for a wee as I left the A1 at Percebridge, to pick up the A68

Some might recognise the next couple of places, but then again when we passed through, we were chasing AndyBob the Bounder

Quelle surprise! The hotel is a bit basic, I chose to upgrade my room for one with a window and en suite, it was £9 extra on the £45.

Back to Edinburgh down the East coast today, might have to go home tomorrow.
🙁
You survived Strichen 🤔 well done - did you know the late Alex Salmond lived there, never mind 😁

I’ve not taken many pictures today, but I have been on some top roads, the stand out road today was the B976, it runs parallel (ish) to the A93, but it runs down the other side of the Dee, comes out at Balmoral.

Stopped for a coffee just before we set off down the B976

I wished I’d recorded the lenticular clouds, ‘twas weird

Also went past the worlds biggest hedge, but didn’t stop

Heading home tomorrow, her mum wont be happy, but ne’er mind eh?
B976 locally known as the south Deeside road, much quieter than the A93 north Deeside road - and less chance of meeting uniformed nice officers. This time of year you'd have been in the sights of professional soldiers during your ride between Ballater and Balmoral 😁

If you haven't an AH-64 Apache gunship track you and train its 30mm on you... or had a couple of them fly twelve feet over your head... can you really be said to have lived?

On the SXV to work today....Saturday went down to fowlers [100th] - longest ive ever been out on it....sure enough....i konked out, totally died and i knew straight away what it was....new rectifier looks like its failed - luck of the fucking gods a mate went past in his transit so fired it in the back...wasnt far away from home....easy push home but the last hill might have given me a coronary....fitted the oem reg and it was charging again so will have to wait to see what ultimate recifier say...

So it was apart....done about 300 miles on the current engine and top end oil so did an oil change as well....usage will go down now during the winter so that'll see it round til next year. On it this morning to make sure im not leaking anything...All seems good so far....checked the battery voltage which is fine.

Can feel the difference in smoothness of the motor with fresh oil.

You losing it dox? Few weeks back in my empire of dirt thread i mentioned i was gunna make a stepping stone outta clay and then cast it in concrete. I finally got round to starting it as me poxy shoulder is stopping me from doing normal work.
It may or may not look something like my rough design..
