My wife and son are in Finland. She is studying and he will hopefully complete his schooling there. They've been there since the first of January this year.
I like Finland - whereabouts are you going? Not Lahti by any chance?
Yip. Lahti it is. So far my wife and son have enjoyed living there. The only complaint is that there's no Asian grocery store. A pretty decent middle Eastern store though. Anyway, there'll be 20 odd kilos of grocery on its way tonight...
Cool - I won Polar GP Juniors there, and later the same year silver European Championships juniors...I think it was 1987 (Trap shooting) - so I have fond memories of the place.
And fond memories of two young ladies, one called Tia and the other Maria...so they told me and my mate
Today i've been out on the Harley, i left in the sun and came home with it being grey and shit!! Still it was nice to get out, i went to the garage by Loomies for fuel and a drink. I then went up the Alton road to my little happy place next to a corn field for a chill out and watch the wildlife. When chilling a young deer came out of a bush running towards me then saw me and headed into the corn. I could see it's antlers going up and down in the corn as it was running off

It is young corn so not that high and it was a young deer.Are you sure it wasn't a

Masked off the wheels to spray and blend the red centres green to match the original rim paint - previous owner had sprayed them red as he was clinically insane 
Waiting for more paint to give the rear a last coat - front finished - brake pistons cleaned and wheel back in today…

I wasn't sat on the bike at the time but I have had my annual encounter with the cartels today.
Shifting to Bennetts from BikeSure has resulted in a reduction of £100 in the quoted annual tribute (and £60 in the desperately re-negotiated BikeSure contribution).
I'm pleased with this as the plan I originally had to reduce my annual premium was one I truly hated and I don't now need to do it.

When i worked for Lawson H.I.S we sold loads of Kromer caps!!
