Dealership sounds the alarm on a shortage of applicants for motorcycle technician apprenticeships

At Youles when your bikes finished getting fixed / serviced, they come and get you to pay, then walk you into the workshop to see the technician...it's so you can give them a bung but under teh guise of them telling you everything is ok; front tyre not much life in it, etc.
It was really busy and must be about 10 guys in there, nearly all of them looked late teens early 20s.
