InvestIndustrial, its an Italian investment company who's CEO is Andrea Bonomi, his family part finance the Benetton empire. it was formerly known as 21 Invest and they've got a "northern" connection from when they bought Karrimor in the mid 90's.

yup, but that one's quite easy, i met Andrea when he took over Karrimor ( sorted him a mountain bike) so was interested when II purchased the Texas Pacific Group shares
