Very interesting and awesome and strange stuff with videos and pictures etc!!

Yep, nearly double what I paid for a new one 🤪

£45,145
Serious question: Did you buy your Bimota for around the same price as a V4S Ducati? I dont know the prices, I always assumed the Bimotas, based on what I have seen, were around the cost of a V4R but you seem to indicate you paid approx £22,500? is this correct?

My business bought the bike as a 'company bike'. Ticket price was £32K but after claiming the VAT back and not paying corporate income tax on the rest it cost somewhere near £22.5k in hard cash.

Still paid £22k too much for it. It would have been much cheaper with a front AND back end

My thoughts are that the Tesi will be worth much more than any Non-R V4 Ducati in 10 years or more. The non traditional suspension would be interesting to try out and I would not track it so no worries if it does actually not transmit as much feedback thru the bars.

I would like the same deal, is your company hiring? I am willing to have all these forum members make fun of me for owning that same model Bimota.
Are you prepared to cut your arse off and put it on your face? Are you? Cos that's what it will take!

😂😂😂😂
edit, Did you want us to wait until you actually have a Tesi before ripping the piss? Sorry, should have asked earlier…

I am not as perplexed with the looks of this bike, there is just one feature on the bike that does not flow for me. The frame, when viewed from the side, looks backwards compared to the norm we are accustomed to seeing. The lack of forks at the front, although different/unique, do not detrack from the overall flow of the lines in my opinion. The uniqueness of the alternative suspension adds to the looks and 22K is a fairly good price for a new Bimota in my book, although I do realize that I dont qualify for that discounted price. I certainly would not refuse an oppertunity to test ride said machine, which would ultimately be the real deciding factor for me barring a super discount.

There's one here for a meagre £45,000 😉

The only real issue with owning (and actually riding one) is all the love and attention it gets wherever you go - you have to be prepared to talk to all the bikes admirers non stop, every day you go for a ride and pull up anywhere, or just get off it and walk away straight away as I have had to do.

The only negative comments come from Multistrada Mk 1 Fugley lovers, CX500 Custom lovers who are now fat Transsexuals, Pink Monster owning fluffy types from the Isle of Manwoman or loonies that haven't ridden a bike for 10 years who all frequent this forum and we look after as our commitment to care in the community 😇(y)

I understand the attractiveness and people wanting to talk about your beautiful bike. I also get the people who hate on some designs, I have a 999 and many crucified the bike in the press and in discussion(remember: Kill Terblance and his dog?) but alas, I have had people walk past actual R Zerox models to come take pictures of my Bitsa non R Fila replica. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we love what and who we love with no regrets.

Everyone loves and admires the Tesi FE, it's only banter - I have many 'R' model Ducati's and the Tesi gets far more attention and love than any of them, which is it's only downfall to a shy retiring type like me 👀

This is kind of my point, the 999 is very rear here where I live, I have only ever seen 1 besides mine on the street. I also dont like to talk to random people on the street, especially the new/squiddy type young guys that think Ducatis are like a magical unicorn. I love the bike but dont want the unnecessary attention and some of the unwarranted hate some give because its considered different or special

I test rode a 999 and 1125 Buell back to back and went with the Buell, inspite of it's looks, as the 999 was a bit too balls-out for my use. It would have also been a better bike to resell…

I also found the 999 a bit too much for the road, I had to drag my brakes thru town to keep at the 20mph limit. This is why I got the 7r8 and put a Monster ST4 motor in for my street ride. You choice of the Buell is interesting, I have not ridden one but one of my friends had one and it was very capable whenever we rode together, plus they have some cool tech/ways of doing things different. What would you say made it better all around than the Duc?

I would not use the word better, just different. It was a better riding position for me and a better seat, subjective as that is. You can't really comment on seats until you have done 3-4 hours on one IMO. Also the Buell motor was mental!

They're not that rare, I saw a bloke riding one the other day. 🤷‍♂️

Nature’s chandelier, suspended in silk.
This extraordinary spider—believed to be a rare orb-weaver species—stuns with elongated, filament-like legs and vivid orange-and-black coloration. Its form evokes elegance and danger, precision and art.
Proof that evolution doesn’t just adapt—it designs.

No such thing as evolution, it's been debunked!! When i was at school i always found the notion of evolution complete bs and i was right, it's the same as the out of africa bs!! This has also been debunked, yet another load of crap i couldn't get my head round and i was right.:)

I think you will find evolution is a scientific fact. How it has changed which species and where is a very developing branch of evolution. On origin of species, Charles Darwins book is very interesting and he was a very astute man.
Did we evolve from a primitive man in africa? No idea, and any ideas are just theory. Evolution on the other hand is a thing.

Micro evolution within a species, yes, but there’s no proof of one species evolving to become another.
It's just a bridge to explain certain things, it's just the easy way out!! Lazy science to explain something they have no clue about!!
