Fitted my mudguard today using my green tape to slide it through the fork legs without damaging the paint as it is a bloody tight fit until it passes the legs. I've ordered some low strength thread lock as all the bodywork fixings use rubber against the paint and some have captive nuts on the frame so will likely back out. I will just take each one out in turn to apply when it arrives...
I assume you'll add an extender to that mudguard. It's way too short!

Made up fuel hoses and prepped my Pingel Fuel Tap for fitting - need some Gas Spec PTFE to fit the tap so will have a run to Toolstation tomorrow...
My Anti Slosh Foam came for the tank so need to work out how best to cut it up and feed it through the filler holes which are only 65mm...

Is it not possible to angle that exhaust bracket and hide most of it behind the seat unit? It looks rather big

I like it, it is very Svelte - I did take the liberty of angling it a bit as the original was straight up and down - if each bit someone doesn't like was changed it would end up being a totally different bike, like one of Wayne's Choppers evenI think I would have taken a liberty there then lol , but at least you can blame the original design

Was it a cheap chinese knock off.I like it, it is very Svelte - I did take the liberty of angling it a bit as the original was straight up and down - if each bit someone doesn't like was changed it would end up being a totally different bike, like one of Wayne's Choppers even
