1999 748 For Sale.

Low mileage (6750) 3 previous owners, 2 keys recent recommission / service.
The bike was stored / parked in a shed for 10 years prior to recommissioning hence the low mileage.
The bike has survived almost unmolested with exception of the single seat unit and the super rare titanium Termignoni's.
£5995 possible part exchange for modern Ducati.

No sadly I don't have the original seat or silencers, it's a 1999 one.
** If a buyer did not want the termignoni cans that are fitted the price would come down by £500
I have a pair of mis-matched standard silencers if required **

Kev Moose just letting you minnow that all the Fishy puns of my colleagues are due to their lack of so-fish-tication, as they aren't as well Schooled as some of us.
It would be better if they were piscine and not heard.

Thanks, what’s the story with the rear shock?

I’m asking as there’s a guy here looking for one and his attention has now turned to the UK (despite the Brexit tax that’s now applied) as there’s nothing here.

In fact he may even be reading this thread right now.

I put the purple spring on myself when I was recommissioning it. (long story but I didn't own the bike at the time) I have the original rusty spring.
I also changed the fuel cap to a keyless one and the brake and clutch levers all due to corrosion (I have the originals).
The bike is not perfect by any means (left for10 years in a shed) but is a good base to start from.
The only reason it is for sale is that I'm not into collecting bikes and I prefer to ride modern Ducati's, and as per the long story mentioned above I never planned to own it.
