For Sale -Ducati Arai Chaser, size L

I bought this during last year’s lockdown and it’s too small for me but I thought I’ll struggle through with it, it’ll wear in. My old Arai was size L hence I got the same size although my other 2 helmets (non Arai) are XL. I think the reason it’s too small is either because my head has got fatter with age, or more likely, I now have behind the ear hearing aids rather than in the ear ones. When I put this on it’s a snug fit but after about 30mins I start to get a pain on either side of my head where it’s compressing the aids against my skull. As a consequence it’s just sitting in the wardrobe unused.

Anyway, enough of my medical problems, it’s only been worn a very few times and is in as close to new condition as you’ll find. It comes with both smoked & clear visors plus pin lock. It’s yours for around £295 (GBP) plus postage give or take a little bit. I’ll post it as a gift so whoever buys it won’t get hit with vat.

You could get a Lionel Blair cut like me, your man bun will be interfering with the fit

I checked, there’s no date in it. I then checked the Tour X4 I have and that doesn’t have a date either. I then checked the very old Arai I have and that’s dated 07/97 stamped on the strap but nothing on the two newer ones.

Anyway, as I say above apart from me wearing it about 3 times (and I always were a thin skull cap anyway to preserve the helmet liner) it’s not been used.

You could get a Lionel Blair cut like me, your man bun will be interfering with the fit

I have 3 Arai's, my Ducati Tour X has no date in it, my Quantum ST has no date in it, but my really old Arai (cant even recall the name) does have one from the 90's. It looks like Arai must have stopped with the dating thing ?
