OK - just e.mailed Tony to confirm I'm in for Jerez, March 2009. Portimao is not looking likely due to costs, and although other organisers do it, they won't collect in Scotland. SOD THAT.

So, I'm in... who else... or is the Knitting Competition clashing with these dates again ;) :D :D

Just finished a nice jumper but already said to Tony i'm there.:)
 
FFS Mr MD will we just leave the bikes out there or what ? Got any more dates up your sleeve or is that it. Anyway i'm in :D :D :D
 
Big K - having spoke to Tony at Tracksense it looks like Portimao is a non starter due to costs... so Jerez it is for me... and it ain't exactly a poor alternative... what a place.
 
Dates Confirmed

Tony has just confirmed 20th-22nd March 2009, I'm in.. who else ??
 
On the positive side. They are both alive and well and therefore able to continue this conversation.:)
 
Seems a bargain!

Seems the prices only went up (for March) expected amount - 20% (ish). On the face of it would seem good value. Tony has also promised it won't rain - so there!

I for one beleive him, he also said Santa was real!

If we can confirm a truck pickup for Scotland - I'm in.

I'm not taking the risk with Jerez in March, not after the September wash out.

I have booked up for Almeria in MAY, by which time it will be rather HOT in the desert regions of Almeria....

Almeria is a far more challenging and technical track... I didn't like it at first, but loved it at the end.

Tony "promised" me its never rained in March (in Jerez) - ever, would he lie about such a minor point - I don't think so! He also said you were a riding god... so the guys got credibility.
