As you may be aware, theres been a bit of chat about golf on this forum recently. :p

So Stuart and I have been chatting about having a day out, getting all the golfers together and having a wee competition. The idea is to have it sometime next year, possibly Dalmahoy :thumbs: or maybe somewhere central to everyone.

Dalmahoy do the Greensavers so in effect its half price golf, not bad considering its just been upgraded to full Championship course in the last 2 years I think.

Anyway......copy and paste your name below if youre up for it. I just want to get an idea of numbers at this stage.

Derek, winnings, don't listen to him.... I whipped his @ss the last time - losers have NO WINNINGS, there are no points for second place :D :D

Anyway, we'll do "qualifying" at Dalmahoy and play the final on the PGA at Gleneagles. The 2009 DuN Open - apply now guys and gals.

right guys I'm OFF - early finish on a Friday and I'm NOT taking the laptop. Davie e.mail or text me, otherwise Gleneagles at 7am Saturday. Park up the TOP end, as the Queens is beside the Dormy Clubhouse.... don't park in the car park at the bottom.

Golf - I thought that was a car?:dunno: If I don't have to wear stupid trousers I'll come and drive the trolley cart thing. Perhaps we could have a sort of Grand Prix thing with them at the same time.

...just got back from an 'orrific week in Glasgow. I hate the place with a vengance. I have ringing in my ears from the constant cacophany. had an awful meeting in Falkirk on the way home and I've just logged onto the forum since coming home to find blokes talking about that blo0dy thing again with that ball with dimples in it again!!!! :eek: :eek:

Trouble is I like the people who are talking about it so what do I do!! (mind you, you can go off people though)

I've never played golf in my life, the only association I had with the game is the uncontrolable feeling of wanting to thrash a 4x4 over all of the beautifully kept 'Ts' (is that the right expression for the bit where you start) and greens.

I know, I know, if I don't want to talk about golf therefore I shouldn't subscribe to this thread, but I just can't help myself :D :D :D

Look pal......no one gives a flying @@@@ about your thoughts on golf......so away and talk about oil coolers, top yokes, clutches and desmodromics on another thread. ;) :D

Its a pity no one gave you a Glesga Kiss when you were down.......might have knocked some sense into you! ;) ;)

Opinions are like ar$eholes, everyones got 1 ! as for you, your the type of person that is a contradiction to yourself, one who says they cant stand golf when they havnt even tried it, pffffft. sorry m8 :banghead: :p

:D :D :D - well I was in the east end alot and was probably alot closer to gettin' one of those (is that a bit like a Chelsea smile?) than I thought!!!

I got a Glesga Kiss from Kerrie - in fact I got more than one!!!! :p :p :o
