Watched ‘Edge of War -Munich’ the other night. Netflix. It’s very good, worth watching with chilling parallels to what’s happening in the world vis a vis Russia right now.

It’s an adaptation of the Robert Harris book ‘Munich’, which like all his books is a novel based on fact, and tells the story of Chamberlain & Hitler in 1938.

The two main characters are made up but all other aspects are based on truth, including the document confiding Hitler’s real plans for Europe.

“The Batman”
Was skeptical as to whether another reboot was really necessary.
Great film, long at nearly 3 hours but passed quickly which is always a good sign. Dark and gritty and the new guy plays it well. Won’t spoil it but it does it’s own thing instead of rehashing the older films, and it works.

I loved it, had to google Colin Farrells character as you won’t recognize him in the film.

Watched a film called Polar with Mads Mikkelson. Wasn't a particularly bad script apart from one terrible part. Matt Lucas was playing the baddy and all he kept doing was acting like an angry elton john, spoilt it quite a bit.
