Anyone up to speed with how i could best change my 6 zone underfloor heating system operation to a remote type system like hive nest nu heat air etc please?

Sorry dude,
You are choosing the wrong time of year to be asking that question if you intend doing anything about it soon.
A lot depends on what you want to control remotely?
Change the temperature of each zone remotely or just turn them on/off?
I can ask the question of a commercial heating engineer when the pubs open again.
As far as I know the major players have limited zone control.

I do my own plumbing, as I'm fed up with mates treating me as a priority customer, which means about 3 weeks time.

Why is the question I'd ask?
Underfloor heating takes an age to heat a room, why do you want to switch it on and off, best low heat, then full heat on a timer.-- IMHO.

So i have u/floor heating controlled by 6 thermostats in their relative zones that are wifi to the control manifold, but manual in their adjustment.... i want to keep this system but change the thermostats to a more modern wifi controlled type that i can access remotely ie on my phone...
 
I would echo @AirCon ’s question: why do you feel the need to remotely change zoning or temperatures for an underfloor heating system with a lag of several hours/days before the changes take effect? Surely you just set it to a comfortable ambient temperature and leave it to do its thing?

You need a systems engineer on site to see what you have to match it to the best solution.
I was once asked to set up a Hive system to work just as a flashy thermostat knob and nothing else.
It took most of the day..... you need internet access at each thermostat. I'm not sure how the main players on the Apps deal with multiple thermostats.
In my opinion they aren't the most flexible of bits of kit.

I'm still struggling to see why you need remote control of this?

Be done as I had it it my old house in England where the new bit had 6 zones the same as you. I had the hive system fitted so that you replace every stat with a hive one. If I remember correctly it controls up to 5 stats through the hive hub.
I just left the 6th stat which was in the kitchen as a stand-alone as the heat from the wife’s cooker kept it warm in there.
As mentioned though it took a good 12 hours for a temperature Change So you maybe best leaving it at around 18 degrees and tweak the ones you find cold up a tad.

In my humble 15 years experience of my underfloor heating system I don’t see a problem with it not being on whilst I am out... and having the ability to remotely turn the heating up whilst being out so when I return it’s on its way Warner than getting home and then turning it up..

Cos it’s easy to do for someone with an ounce of knowledge and common sense
 
I undoubtedly will... it’s the electric units that talk to the ufh valves that’s the tricky bit

That looks like a very simple logic board...
If any sub circuit makes demand... switch on boiler to make heating water.
 
The only bit you will be changing is the thermostat inputs in the top right of your logic board photo the rest will stay the same. When you get the hive system the wireless rf receiver will talk to a switched bus and these bus outputs are you new thermostat inputs to the board.

We still have some of them leftover, stats and bus that is.
if I can find it you can have em foc if you want as the french system here is very different so new good to me.
