Food concoctions that work, sort of??!!

I just had a peanut butter and jelly (jam) sandwich, i used my favorite apricot jam. I was bored and it was very nice indeed!!
Anyone else have concoctions that work?

Have you tried these @WAYNE ? Not seen a peanut butter with apricot option but these 2 are both delicious and would you believe it both incredibly healthy too.
I may have made that last bit up.
