When I use the

Emoji. It shows as .......

Very weird.

I can barely interact with the Forum using Brave browser on my phone. Reading is OK but posting is usually impossible and quoting is completely impossible. Line breaks are inserted automatically and the curser often moves to random points in the post.
All other forums that I use are fine on Brave.

I have to wait until I am on my laptop in order to post. Which is hard for my fans. Fan. Somebody, I'm sure.

Oh yeah, that's another point. For a while now when inserting an emoji, the cursor jumps to the next line. It never used to do this.

a bug in the code that tells the software what emoji to display.

Software bugs are annoying as hell , but they are a fact of life ...... a bit like farts

How about " bring your own " emojis ?
This is what I think of buggy programming ....

Yeah , you're probably right .

Anyway , this workaround for dodgy emojis seems to work , at least on a laptop ....

Make your post , and if the emojis are messed up , click on edit and delete them ,
and then put them back in again ...... click on save .

Don't ask me why it works .... I've been agonising for hours now ,
telling myself that I don't really want fried breakfast ....

Well f*ck "Healthy January" and all of that squit ...... and the same goes double for cholesterol !

FYI y'all, it's a known bug in the xenforo software apparently it will be addressed in an upcoming release. Just live with it for now.

I'm glad Xenforo don't run the Fire Brigade.
