Ducati 848 EVO SE TPS reset

Dear Cornerspeed. I have been referred to you through a collogue of mine. I am currently attempting to eliminate some errors and reset the TPS on my 2012 848 Evo SE. I purchased an OBD2 Diagnostic Tool service Kit, but it does not allow me to connect. I am not very savvy with this kind of software and thought I would cut my losses now. I attached a screenshot of the message that comes up when trying to connect. I was wondering if I could book the bike in with you and let you do the removal of the errors and remapping. Is this something that you do? If so, is there a booking mechanism that I could use.

Possibly you are confusing a Forum with a Dealer/Service Shop?

Not a good idea to put your name and mobile number on display either.
 
Hi Pete, The cornerspeed section is more like an advertisement banner rather than an interactive section for his company.

Wayne has done the @ nelly and next time he pops in he'll see something is waiting for him. As Ron has mentioned, best remove your number from the public section just for your own peace of mind. What I'd do personally is check the forums till Sunday and if no reply then contact Nelly direct at
