You can attach images and pdf files provided they are 4Mb or less. You cannot attach video or music files although you can link to them and if there is an image associated with the target URL then that will be embedded in your post. For example you made a video of yourself riding around Jerez, you can't post that video here but you can upload it to youtube then link to it and it will play within the forum post albeit it's streaming from youtube.
The permissible size of photo to upload is presently set at 4Mb in order that
a) the photo uploads quickly and
b) perhaps more importantly downloads quickly to a viewers device.
When attaching a photo from your phone there is usually an option to set the size of the photo. Where and how this is will depend on the phone you use and which version of the phone’s software you are using. In iOS13 for example it’s a window that pops up which gives a number of options from small to full size. In iOS14 the option is at the bottom of the screen and states Actual Size by default but if clicked the options open up, select the desired size before clicking the Add link. Note Large works best which reduces most phone photos to around 750Kb. Also note these are features of your phone’s software not the forum software.
One further thing. Once the photo(s) have uploaded they appear as thumbnails below your post, in the top left corner it says ‘insert’ click on that and you have the option to insert the full image or insert it as a thumbnail which readers will have to click on to see the full size image. If you do nothing it will automatically be inserted as a thumbnail.
