I had a Fiat Multipla as a hire car whilst something or other was being repaired and whilst we were living in a rental whilst rebuilding our house. I seem to remember a front middle seat. I would take the kids to school and my youngest loved sitting in the front! It was a good little car!

The pre production ones that MG lent to the auto press of the day ripped it to pieces, The press and MG never gave it a fighting chance, the engine provided by ford was an adaptation of Jaguars AJ-V8 very good engine, I had an X308 supercharged.
