I am just wondering how it's happening. You can see from the reactions to these posts that others can see the URL. Cos I am a well smart tech genius I can short circuit it and still access the "invisible" URL's but it is an unusual occurrence.
One of the characteristics of a genius such as myself is that I am always curious so put your brains together (such as they are) and see if you can explain this phenomenon - or failing that wake the @The GOAT from his coma and get him to explain. I have spoken!!

Nah, I'm using a VPN with location set to UK. When I short circuit the thing the url appears briefly and I can see the absurd twitter posts that are linked.

I’d guess that whatever you do is a clue to why they don’t show normally.
Do they show if you don’t use the VPN.
What browser plugins / extensions do you have, could be all sorts of things.

I think it was an anomaly. The links that were "hidden" from me were only to Twitter (or X) - I doubt that the VPN provider (the largest Telco in Oz) vets posts made to Twitter for content. It was just odd as I use that VPN to access UK media content as well as this Forum and had never encountered any issues previously

I am sure my VPN provider holds me in high esteem. Similar to my status on here as the most Distinguished Member - even if I am envied by many, including your good self Noobs.
You'll find a much more satisfying community experience by just putting three "members " on ignore.
