Right I am going to need some extra cash for my Desmo Due assault, I have a couple of sponsors in place, tyres at cost for the van and bike, a couple of tanks of diesel for the van and a couple of tanks for the bike.

I am fully aware that I can give very little back though, short of a sticker on the bike and some passes here and there, so I had a thought............

Would you buy a 'dseered racing' t/shirt, hoody, polo etc they would be printed / embroidered in the race bike livery and display the series sponsors logos ( if permitted ).

I know this stinks of ' racer merchandising ' however I see it as earning a few quid for the racing also it gives something back, You get shirt, I get, if I am lucky, a race entry !

As I say, only a thought at the moment and they would be priced to sell, it gives lots of people a chance to be involved and show their support for very little outlay.

Rest assured they will be a class bit of kit !

Not sure if this was the right place to post, however it is a Ducati I am racing, so Ducati chat is where I put it !

Whaddya think ?

..:wave: ...how do mate, have you lot heard of AM Leathers at Barnard Castle?...(used to be TT leathers, shop on main street near the top where filling station is), well, he's my mate and has a specialised embrodery department within the buisness and knock's out this kind of thing for race teams, clubs etc. He did all of Adrian Coates stuff for this years Superstock series through Dyer Engineering (another mate o mine). I have just tried to ring him, but he's oot. When I get in touch with him I will get some info from him as to what he can do for you. What kind of quantity are we talkin about here?...let me know (approx)...:)

I was in the business for 10 years, still mates with the guy I worked for so I will be using him, thanks for the offer though !

Is that the place that is now Scott Leathers if so all I can say is 'Quality' :thumbs:
 
Thanks Jan, will post up some designs when I get some time to do some, won't be going for it till after Xmas though !

No problem, in that case you can count me in for a couple of shirt's etc...just wondering if different sizes will be available cos the kids are gonna want them if the buggers see mine.....:D

you mean coerced! Mind you if Davie's suggestion is the alternative...good plan!:D
 
You can have a sticker matey, no problem ! It won't be a foot long though, well not sure what has got to go where yet as far as series sponsors, then have the cash givers and favour givers, it will get airtime though, don't worry !
Most stuff should appear at www.dseered.co.uk I have started a blog, although not done much with it yet, I will endeavor to keep things up to date !
