whats more enjoyable? wsb or moto gp

Im curios as to what people like watching most , moto gp with the great rossi who is an attraction to the class in iotself.
or
wsb where at the moment checa is toiling to do wrong and with a strong field of ducatis always in with a shout?

be interesting to see what folks ideas are!
 
WSB, BSB, Superstock 1000 all have more action than Moto GP - Moto GP seems to be going the way of F1 over the last 12 months, a procession of expensive machinery with a fairly predictable outcome. Seems to be more about money than racing.
 
Motogp is a bit like watching the last 19 seasons of Lost, I watch it more because i'm scared of missing something than actually enjoying the show.

I don't have Sky and do miss BSB, I would sooner watch that than WSB.

I know exactly what you mean. When it's good, I prefer MotoGP. Problem is, it's very seldom good these days. Too much of a gap between the first 7 places means overtaking is a rare treat.

At the end of Lost I felt cheated. So cheated in fact that I now refuse to watch any show with more than 4 or 5 parts.

WSB for me for reasons already mentioned.

but i would dispute that a lot folk watch motogp just coz Rossi is in it.
Maybe a bonus or highlight for some but not the main reason?
I do know Rossi may bring some folk into being fans of the sport (my ex wife being a prime example) but then surely the same could be said of every racer then?

Cheated? I was raging! 7 years for THAT!

i did end up watching it for closure, a mistake i didn't get suckered into with 4400, it got daft in s2 and stopped watching it. I now stick to foreign stuff like Wallander coz i aint got a scooby doo whats going on from ep1 and therefore potential disappointment is kept minimal.

At least you got an ending.

"Lie To Me" and "Medium", 2 of my 5 favorite shows, simply just stopped after a few seasons.

I only watched one other serial drama after Lost - I forced myself to get into the remake of V, caught up on series1 just before series 2 screened and when they pulled the plug :mad:

Back on topic, when GP's good it's the best but that doesn't happen very often :(
 
WSBK over Moto GP for me. The WSBK package of the superstock classes, supersport and superbike is almost guaranteed to produce some entertainment at any given event.

Having said that you can get some proper loonfests especially in moto gp 2:D

watch anything with bikes in it WSB, and Motogp,but prefrence is BSB , TT,& NW200, proper edge of seat racing , as someone mentioned before Motogp becoming very predictable these days with Stoner and Lorenzo dominating every meeting just now , i,m watching it this year to see if Crutchlow can cause a major upset by beating the big boys, and i truelly believe he can and will do at some point.:D:D
 
Only watch GP, because its on BBC and I don't give a rats ass about any other kind of televised sport hence won't pay for a sky subscription to a sport channel.
If WSB and BSB were on mainstream i'd likely watch them too.
Hacks me off that to get the odd sport you do like you have to pay for a package showing all the others you despise, (yes, despise, try living every day as you grow up toward your teen years in the same room as a slightly older brother who eats, breathes s**ts and sleeps football, I hate football with a passion) The gaps between football BTW were filled with Cricket, tennis, darts, snooker, blah, blah
As for websites, for some reason i just can't get the enjoyment from watching TV stuff on the PC that I do on the TV so that's out.

But long and short, if GP went to pay only sky i'd not be watching that either. Missis is same with F1, (though she's getting fed up with that at the moment, the ridiculous rules and such, you can only overtake on the inside of the second lap with the rear air deflector closed whilst baring your left knee and right nipple and shouting tally ho etc)
 
WSBK is on British Eurosport part of the news and events package on Sky, the same package gets you motors TV, loads of bike racing on without the need to pay silly £££ for a sky sports package.

I pay £3 a month for Eurosport on my iPhone.

Loving all the BSB an WSb I'd not been able to follow beige, but very frustrated that the listing are apparently meaningless. For instance it now says moto Gp, when in fact it's tennis...on BOTH channels.

The previous few weeks I've almost missed the main moto gp race because it said it was moto 2.

Eurosport are famous for screwing up bike race times. Tuned in once to watch wsbk only to be greeted by a bunch of blokes in mankinis on pushbikes 10k into a fikin 100 odd k bloody "race" was even worse than bloody f1:mad:
 
WSB for me,its more exciting and you get 2 races plus supersport and superstock.Sundays Motogp back to boring,but moto 2 and 3 exciting.Carlos checa is under pressure this year and making a few mistakes.The Bmw's are looking ominous.
 
just back from MOTO GP in Catalunya. Absolutely fantastic racing. Cal Crutchlow qualifying had the crowds on their feet !
