Yeah, unfortunately they’ve corroded under the lacquer. May have a go with some nitromors and then scotchbrite & polish. Nothing to lose!

Vapor blasting may do it , if you can find one hopefully they aren’t pitted

Yeah, mine are a bit the same and have been watching out but didn't come across any so far. In other news I just fired it up to go for a ride and it is leaking fuel from the injector area so, no go for today…
