They have so far had a few 1 day strikes and one 2 day strike which was a Friday/Saturday.
After the 2 day strike I had two packages go missing for 3 weeks before they moved in the system! Clearly not clearing backlogs on a FIFO basis just to be Guinnesss.
There were about half a dozen 1 day strikes set for November which just changed two days ago to striking next Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday and then the same the week after rendering their service totally unusable for business.
I have used Royal Mail through convenience for 8 years with my business - but have been forced to use Evri today for the first time - booked through Ebay the process was simple, drop off shop is my local little Tesco which is open until 10pm every night.
Price for 2 to 3 day fully tracked for this package £1.75 Vs the current Royal Mail Price of £4.35. I spend over £10K a year with Royal Mail.
Ebay also offer DPD which I will be trying for my international orders which are approx 1/3 of my business.
I think they have just fooked themselves over big style and they will be needing many more redundancies than already announced
