Well it's just over a month to go so we need to make some firm arrangements regarding the meal on the Saturday night.
The hotel is offering us the use of their car park (overlooking lake Ullswater) as a meeting venue and are prepared to allow us use of their facilities and are providing a selection of breakfast rolls & drinks both mornings. To pull this off though we have to fill the dining room for the evening.
It's a fantastic venue, great food and the craic shouldn't be bad either. If you want to join us (and remember food places in the lakes get busy in the summer) please send me your menu choices together with a cheque as soon as possible - cheques will not be cashed until just before the event.
